Slow Stitching Sunday

Its been one of those lousy feeling weekends but I've been putting it to good use, stitching away on Mini Innocence.

Mini Innocence by Nene Thomas (HAED - Retired)

Before

As of 10/11/15
I estimate that I'm about 5000 stitches into this project, or about 3/5 of a page. I'm not stitching column by column to avoid lines so its a little hard to gauge completion. I have a ways to go before I get to anything that isn't sky and I'm getting a little anxious to see the rest of it start to develop. I'm considering jumping down a few rows to get to the wings!

Linking up to Slow Stitching Sunday @ Kathy's Quilts! Drop in a see all the other beautiful hand stitching that my fellow crafters are rocking out this weekend.

  1. Sky may not be the most exciting to stitch, but it's looking beautiful! I love the color variation.

  2. Ummm, beautiful sky. But, think I would be too impatient to let the wings just appear in order.

  3. I would be tempted to go straight to wings I'm sure!
Thanks for linking up and contributing to a wonderful Slow Sunday Stitching!

  4. Beautiful colours in that sky. I would have to stick with it as I like to stitch top down. If you do decide to jump down, count carefully!
