Rustic Half-Square Triangle Quilt |
I'm not sure what I'll do with this one yet. It is a good size for a baby but it is the wrong color scheme. It might make a nice wheel-chair quilt. Guess we'll see. Either way, I like it a lot. It is very different than all the other quilts I've worked on.

I love your solid half square triangles! Very effective!
ReplyDeleteI really like this one too. I like that it's muted and not real busy. Congrats on such a productive weekend :)
ReplyDeleteThe colors remind me of a warm winter's night. Gives me the warm and fuzzy feeling. Great job.
ReplyDeleteI love the warm colors in this quilt. And you have put them together in such a beautiful way. I am sure you had a fun weekend!
ReplyDeleteGreat colors for this one! Wow and you got it done in a weekend, nice. It's a good size for the car too if you live in a colder climate and take trips.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Don't you just love getting a project done quickly. . . so you can start another haha This is a beautiful quilt!
ReplyDeleteBefore I go any farther with this crazy idea of mine, will you please tell me the square size from which you cut the triangles. My husband thinks it is a really neat pattern...I just want to start cutting the right size. Thanks for the note. genie
ReplyDeleteThanks for asking! I started with 5.5 inch squares. The HST units were trimmed to 5 inches square.
