Current Project Progress: Working on a special surcoat for Jack's knighting trial. I have the applique done and need to hem the entire thing and trim the sleeves.

I am also working on a green dress for myself and a padded arming vest for chainmail

Project 144 is an attempt to combat some of the issues we had getting ready for Ragnarok in 2013. Because we were busy, everything got put off until last minute. Consequentially, not everything was completed and we ended up toting ALL of our unfinished projects, and the materials needed to finish them, along with us camping. And the first three days of our "vacation" were spent working on these projects. By setting a goal of completing one project a month for the next twelve months, I'm hoping to prevent a repeat of this year's panicked rush to prepare. It is called "Project 144" because I want to extend this event to the greater Kingdom of Akron and get twelve people to complete twelve projects each this year. I will confess to possibly being the worst one at keeping up with this.
