My May NewFO has a bit of history. It started with my Rustic HST quilt

Finally, throw in a Kona Solids Slate Rock FQ pack.
The result? 221 four inch blocks waiting to be sewn into a quilt top.
Size: 52" x 68" without borders.
My June NewFO's will probably be a variety of garb for Ragnarok. I only have three weeks left and just about nothing completed. Wish me luck!
Oh what fun. I used to dread the HST's, but now I like them...and I like pinwheels too, so go figure.
ReplyDeleteThat lay out looks like a lot of planning. With my track record, I would get it all confused somewhere between the design board and the sewing machine. I love the colours you have used and bet it will look terrific when finished.
ReplyDeleteI love those Kona solid packs - so fun to play with and you have a great quilt planned out.
ReplyDeleteWow, those are gorgeous colors and the layout is anything but random, isn't it ?~! Can't wait to see it finished and bordered. I love borders and get inspired by others' choices and decisions. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteThanks to Barb for hosting her party wherein I get to meet a bunch of new Starters.
Very pretty! Looks like a lot of stitching in your future.
ReplyDeleteI like that pattern. it is pretty in all three color ways
